Litigation is one of the important service areas that are given top priority at Bi Law. Bi Law’s lawyers participate in litigation as a legal representative, defender of the legitimate rights and interests of plaintiffs and defendants in civil, economic, labor disputes, contracts, etc. Participating in litigation at all levels of the Court as a defense counsel for the accused and defendants in criminal cases.
We will assist you to solve the case thoroughly. The scope of assistance ranges from the time the dispute occurs, ending with the judgment or decision of the court or arbitration, the enforcement of the award of the court or arbitration.
In the field of litigation, we will accompany clients from the arising to the completion of the case, assisting clients to gain the highest legal rights and advantages.
Commercial arbitrations
Commercial arbitration is a method of dispute settlement agreed by the parties to arbitration and conducted in accordance with the Law on Commercial Arbitration. Disputes mainly in the fields of business and commerce fall under the jurisdiction of arbitration as agreed by the parties, which can be used as an alternative to the traditional method of dispute resolution by the Court.
Lawyers at Bi Law have a lot of experience in participating in commercial arbitration cases. Our lawyers are in charge of advising on the drafting of arbitration clauses in commercial contracts, representing clients as plaintiffs and defendants in statutory arbitration proceedings or ad hoc arbitration proceedings, assisting in the enforcement of arbitral awards under the Practical law, as well as international treaties on recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Vietnam.
