M&amp;A brings a lot of benefits to businesses after implementation such as: M&amp;A contributes to improving the financial situation of the business; contribute to market expansion, increase business efficiency; help improve technical and technological capabilities; contribute to diversifying products and services for businessesness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 120%;\">According to the current law, only a private company has the right to sell the entire business. For joint stock companies, the form of company acquisition is done by the method of transferring shares.
